Associate/Connections Pastor
Joined CPHC Ministries in March of 2023. While serving in various roles in the church growing up, Pastor Jacob officially stepped into his call to Pastoral Ministry in 2020. He married his beautiful wife Chloe in September of 2022 and has since welcome their first child Thayer James Young. Together they strive to inspire others to live and love like Jesus and to be a light in this world through our words and actions.
