CPHC COMMUNITY MARKET INFORMATION
Selling at our Community Market
• Cost for selling is $10 for 3 parking spaces/per event. If you wish to keep your car at your setup location, it will count as one of your purchased spaces. Other vehicles will be parked at a designated location. Each additional parking space will be $5/space.
• Your location will be assigned first come, first assigned.
• YOU must remove all items and trash from your space BEFORE you exit the selling area. It is your responsibility to take trash off the property. You may not use the dumpster on church property. This includes animal droppings. CPHC will not store/keep items before or after the event.
• Set up: You can arrive between 6:45am and 7:45am to set up. You may NOT enter the Market area until an attendant is present to assist you. Please look for the “CHECK IN” area to receive entry approval. Set up prior to attendant arrival will result in dismissal without refund. Vehicles cannot enter vendor area after 7:45am.
• Payment will be required prior to entry. Pre-registration may be completed online. Space is not guaranteed without pre-registration.
• CPHC Community Market area closes at 2:00pm.
• Due to safety concerns for the pedestrians, we cannot allow cars in the vendor area after 7:45am or during high pedestrian traffic times. If you choose to leave early, please let the person directing event know what you are doing BEFORE you leave, so we can let you in then out. If you leave and plan to return you will have to park in the general parking area.
• Vendor will supply their own tables/chairs.
• Tents/sunshades must be secured with sandbags/weights.
• Children/minors must be supervised at all times.
• CPHC Ministries will not be held responsible for injury incurred while on our property.
• CPHC Ministries is not responsible for theft or damage to any of your property.
• We reserve the right to remove vendors or buyers from our property.
• Items prohibited, but not limited to firearms, fireworks, illegal or offensive items, pornography of any kind, dangerous/vicious/illegal animals, snakes, drugs or drug paraphernalia, alcohol.
• NO ROAMING SALES! Vendors may only sell products from their paid location.
• No food/drink may be sold unless pre-approved.
• All sales of spaces are final. No refunds.
• All proceeds from 2025 Tree Market Vendor Fees will go toward CPHC Ministries Kingdom Vision 2033. Profits gained by vendors that want to donate to CPHC Ministries are appreciated BUT NOT required!
